Naive HeArt currently ships only within Maharashtra, India. We do not offer shipping to other Indian states or internationally.
1. Processing Time
Orders are carefully packed by hand and normally dispatched from Mumbai within 1–2 business days after payment has been confirmed.
2. Shipping Charges
We currently offer free delivery within Maharashtra.
3. Delivery
Orders are shipped through our designated courier service.
Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location and courier operations. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided so that you can follow your parcel.
4. Tracking
After your order has been picked up by the courier, we will provide the tracking number and relevant tracking information by email.
5. Packaging
Each art print is carefully packaged to help protect it during transit. Prints are protected with parchment paper, a clear protective sleeve and rigid cardboard support before being placed in the outer courier packaging.
6. Delivery Problems
If your parcel arrives damaged, please take clear photographs of the outer packaging and the artwork as soon as possible and contact us at:
