Every culture believes in nature and the universe is very within us and governs the way we do things and lead our lives. Every season brings a change within us and affects us on different levels. For you a summer may bring joy but for me it might signal loneliness. Seasons are very integral to who we are and how we feel inside. We are dictated by nature even though we are immersed in material pursuits in so many ways. Staying in touch with the rhythms of nature help us to flow better I believe. Spring has its magic that you instantly feel it in the call of the birds, the rustle of the leaves and the fragrance of flowers in the air. It is an uplifting time one that you can take to your advantage and instill a Spring in your heart all year through.

Spring is for rejoicing who you are and connecting with nature for nature is you. Rejoice the Spring in you!
