Another Faith Logs update for you. This month like the month of Spring I’ve sprung into action. It was all about getting more out of the day and generally feeling active and light hearted.
I feel one needs to take these bursts of energy when they do come and take advantage of it. No I didn’t land me a job or something new but I continue to blog and write and it’s keeping me content.
Also trying to touch upon the different aspects of blogging but I do fail at those miserably but the effort is there.
It has been nice to see a few readers at Faith this month and my heart really soars when there are. I have to say here that the blog is so personal and my own that sometimes it doesn’t affect me as much to see the site lonely although I’m guilty of checking in very often.
Let’s see what Faith Logs is about this month. Yes pretty much the usual.
I am still very lethargic with the guitar but even then I did give it a start. I’m a little stuck with the DM and GM chords and can’t find my way around them. I’m also learning a song Three Little Birds by Bob Marley and the Wailers according to the lesson schedule by Henry Olsen. I enjoy playing the song although a little rough in parts. Hope for more diligent practices than the ones I’m currently having.
New Reads
Reading is a little slow maybe because I’ve decided to read two books simultaneously. Nevertheless I’m going to try my second attempt at reading Moby Dick a Novel by Herman Melville and also The Bad Ass Librarians of Timbuktu by Joshua Hammer, part history, part scholarly adventure story, and part journalist survey. Hope I enjoy the experience of reading these. What’s on your reading list? I’d love to know.
Starry Night Progress
I’ve been working on the canvas with the deepest sincerity because I’m looking at completing it this year. I’ve been enjoying it like never before and it’s brought me a lot of peace.
She writes
I continue following my interest in writing and I love when it’s just me with pen and paper. My balcony is where I like to sit down and write because I feel my thoughts really flow there. I really lack in skill never having studied literature but it’s something that’s giving me joy and I won’t give up on it.

It’s giving me great joy to fill up a little art journal gifted by a dear friend. They’re filled with simple drawings and paintings that are personal to me it makes you feel so good inside.
