Time for a little art log update. The final few paintings that I posted last year. Also it’s been my first year of exploring art and losing my inhibitions about keeping it to myself. These paintings were really special to me. They are my favorites especially The Balloon Man depicted from a photograph of my street and the tenderness that balloons seem to convey. Of a forgotten childhood, a symbol of innocence and that a ballon can still light up a child’s world like no other. The painting conveys more. Tell me what it makes you feel in the comments. It will be nice to hear from you. Scribbles on the other hand was only because I had excess paint remaining due to a mistake mixing colors (still learning). Even then I love it it’s a sweet accident.
I haven’t had much luck with the art page though it’s very quiet but I still love adding to my gallery like a wall that I get to spray paint.

This quote has been true for me these last few months. In my idle hours, my lonely moments, in my boredom simply picking a paintbrush, finding a shade that I would like to see on paper, drawing something simple, trying to make it look alive. These moments with art have filled my days and given me a special joy that I can turn to any time, whenever I like.
Art makes my eyes light up! Ciao!
