Art for Keeps

I feared an art class but life taught me to love art, find my canvas.

In Art Ache I hurriedly shared the first few paintings I worked on after an art course. So the story is as a child I was always fearful in an art class. I never believed what I did was good enough.

Then in my 30s, one day in my loneliness I sketched someone I love. From then on art was always my go-to. Whether it was a painting, sketch, doodle or even a scribble I filled my art books.

In March I had the need to have an art page where I could just fill the grid and have colorful tiles. And so I started to fill the art page with paintings, sketches, chalk art, collages.

I even took up some doable art courses on Udemy which helped me develop a style and then the art craze just continued. I know I’ll do more of those.

Yes the art page naiveheart8 is important for the way I can log my art beautifully and it’s fun for this lonely heart of mine too. Have a look!
