A Faith Logs is always good when there has been a chance to walk outside something I don’t do too often. So you could say October leaned on the happy side.
Take a Walk Pari!

It takes me great effort to go outside because I’ve become such a homebody. The times I do go out I always seem to cherish. A picture from the walk I took at the beginning of the month. Everything felt yellow!
A Book
Always one to have a book by me but slow to read. An Eric Clapton Autobiography had me hooked on once I could make it a habit to read. I’ve read so many music biographies that they almost seem to have their own musical format. There must be some kind of hidden pattern to it. Also finished reading Before the Coffee Gets Cold a sweet read.
A Milestone?

A blogging milestone is good to show up in your activity. I’m not sure if 5k views are enough in three years but they mean the world to me. My website is like my office and even though it could translate to a hobby it feels very much like work and is cherished. Cheers to Faith!

Art on my mind

I’ve been enjoying my time with art. This month I tried to do a watercolour course. I haven’t quite grasped it yet, but I’m trying. Here’s my first rough watercolour painting. Can’t call it the first because that was terrible. Let’s say after a few failed attempts, I had this pretty seaside picture. I’ve never studied art, and in school I was always afraid to try anything on my own, leaving my dear mother to finish it for me. So the paintings are all childlike. Stuck in an era. Come visit naiveheart8. It will make me happy and you smile.
A gift from John Mayer

It was rather celebratory to have John Mayer announce a Solo tour to Mumbai in January a few days before his birthday. A gift from John to us I say. Now pray that the moody girl in me reaches the venue. You can buy my love with concert tickets just came alive!
A Happy Chance

This month was even more special because I had the chance to meet a dear friend, my closest actually. We caught up on each other’s lives and a nice walk down on the promenade. I forget how human connections are so important and that I sometimes fail to miss it.
Celebrating in a small way

I know every festival is not mine but I do have the habit to get swept up in some just because it brings a certain warmth to the home and you feel one with the happy atmosphere. This year I kept it minimal no fancy string lights but glowing nevertheless. Diwali will always be full of light and wonder.
Faith Logs October was rather swell when I look back on it now writing this. When you focus on the small moments they tend to grow and make you feel contented and glowing in your own atmosphere.
Keep the Faith Always!
