This past month I’ve been going back to cherishing art more. So I pulled out an art book where I let my mind do what I feel. It felt like a schoolgirl filling her pages one at a time.
I also did a course on doodle abstracts and enjoying working on those. They’re exactly my kind of thing to do. It’s literally where your heart and hand may lead you. It’s also great fun.
I couldn’t get any real luck or the big word ‘engagement’ on my art page and every now and then I want to abandon it. It’s what someone said I make art for art’s sake! I enjoy every moment that I get to spend on it.

A work of art is useless as a flower is useless. A flower blossoms for its own joy.
— Oscar Wilde
This quote holds true for me very often I create art only for the joy it brings. If it touches someone else well that would mean a lot too. For now my work is exploratory, I am learning publicly in a way through the art page and I’m learning to enjoy different mediums.
My sweetest moment is a habit I’ve formed lately. I drag all the art materials to my balcony. Sit down in the afternoons and let those lyrical shadows and the gentle breeze guide me. It’s a relaxing and meditative feeling. Evenings are nice too.
