Our family decided to take a short weekend getaway. It had been a year full of trials and tribulations. We deserved to drive away from all the worries. We stayed at a resort called The SilverOaks In Uran. The trip was all about catching up, lots of chatter and laughter, playing UNO and winning, delicious food would love to recommend the Agri prawns and photo sessions. Yes I needed a reason to get dolled up because I hadn’t in a really long time. I have about fifty pictures of me I don’t like haha! It was all very nice until we got to witness the Sunset at Pirwadi beach which was both spectacular and refreshing and the best part of our trip.
The Beach
I was so happy to drive to the beach that in a way we were getting out of the resort. I was surprised to see the beach in all its splendor. It had a panoramic view and my sibling even taught me how to capture my first panorama finally that! We waited for the sunset. The sky took on golden and beautiful grey blues and we even saw a stream of colors floating through the sky.
Red
I am very attached to my pet soft toy puppy Red it’s deep, even for a grown woman like me. I had left it sitting near the window in our room. While at the beach a little puppy quite like him wandered in and I felt as though Red may have sneaked out. It was the sweetest little magical thing.
Take a Trip
Our time at Pirwadi Beach ended with a slight drizzle. I think it was perfect. However, at Uran, I learnt that I had to care less about photographs and try to be more in the moment. That’s something I need to work on.
It was a relaxing stay and one that brought our family together to bond once again and find time away from the routine of life. I’ll always cherish this iPhotograph; the surprise visit and The Sunset at Pirwadi Beach.
Take a trip sometimes just to melt your worries, make some lasting memories and find hope again! Let March be a trip worth taking.
