Puttakappulu will always hold a special place in my heart, not only because I loved writing it but also because I lived it. As I wrote, I became part of its world, standing alongside Raman Pillai and the other characters. With no fixed plan for where the story would go, I let it flow freely, the characters leading me as though I were immersed in every moment.
Bittersweet
Writing this book became such a cherished habit that when I finally penned the last words, I felt a bittersweet sense of loss. Most of Puttakappulu came to life while I sat on my balcony, with the soothing rhythm of the sea breeze shaping its beat and setting its pace.
